I recently ordered a few items from this site, and I was extremely disappointed. The products arrived late, and the quality did not match the descriptions. The personalization options were limited and poorly executed. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive when I sought assistance with my order. The pricing is misleading, with many items found cheaper elsewhere. Overall, I expected much more from a site claiming to specialize in collectibles and personalized gifts, but it fell flat on all fronts.
